Refund Policy
1. Single reports
- If a technical fault on our side prevents you from completing an inspection or receiving your report, we will fix it or refund you in full — your choice.
- If you paid but haven’t started the inspection, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
- Once an inspection is completed and the report delivered, the service has been supplied, so refunds are at our discretion — but if something went wrong, tell us and we’ll be reasonable.
2. Subscriptions
- You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- If you were charged for a renewal you didn’t intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll refund it, provided the period’s usage was minimal.
3. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If the service fails to meet a guarantee under that Act, you are entitled to the remedies it provides regardless of the timeframes above.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@kicktyres.co.nz from your account email with the date of the charge. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
